Season 3: Prue/Cole rather than Phoebe/Cole. Prue didn't die. (For more detail, read my fanfiction, Charmed Season 3.)
Season 4: Prue eventually got pregnant with twins (rather than just a son), a boy and a girl. Instead of dying, the Source's essence was transferred from the twins to the Seer and both were vanquished, leaving Prue still pregnant. Cole was resurrected by the Ryu Clan and made one of them. The Ryu Clan are draconic good magical beings that serve as guardians to those destined to do great good. Becoming one of them ensured that Cole could never go evil again. (For more detail, read my fanfiction, Charmed Season 4.)
Season 5: Bacarra was sent back in time by Prue's kids and Wyatt rather than Cole, revealing that Prue would eventually have a third child, another son. Prue gave birth to her twins, Phoenix Langdon and Persephone Amethyst Halliwell, on the same day that Piper gave birth to Wyatt. Phoenix and Persephone are also Twice-Blessed. (For more detail, read my fanfiction, Charmed Season 5.)
Season 6: Chris came back from the future to stop Prue's kids and Wyatt from turning evil, not just Wyatt. Paige remains with Richard rather than them breaking up, though they do move back into the Halliwell Manor. Prue eventually gets pregnant with her third child, giving birth to a son named Pagan Victor Halliwell on the same day that Piper gives birth to Chris. (For more detail, read my fanfiction, Charmed Season 6.)
Season 7: After Gideon, headmaster of Magic School, died at Leo's hands, the Elders stripped Leo of his powers as an Elder as punishment, making him mortal, and prepared to shut the school down. Paige stood against them, believing that young witches needed a place to learn how to use and control magic. The Elders decided to keep the school open and surprisingly made Paige the headmistress. Eventually though, Paige quit the job in order to become a full-time Whitelighter, while Leo took her place as Head of Magic School. Pagan and Chris Halliwell were given a Wiccaning.
Season 8: Paige received a new witch charge named Billie Jenkins, who was searching for her older sister, Christy, who was kidnapped by a demon when they were children, and the Charmed Ones took her on as a protege. While under the Charmed Ones' tutelage, Billie met a future Whitelighter named Jonathan David "J.D." Williams, but he was killed by a demon named Vaklav, though Vaklav was vanquished and J.D. became a Whitelighter. Billie and J.D. then began a relationship. Phoebe moves out of the manor. Billie eventually found her sister, but Christy, unbeknownst to anyone, had been brainwashed to evil. Christy eventually succeeded in turning Billie evil as well, and together they were the Ultimate Power, though they both believed that they were good while the Charmed Ones were evil. The Jenkinses teamed up with a demon named Dumain to kill the Charmed Ones, unaware that Dumain planned for them to die as well, his only loyalties having been to the returned Triad, as they had promised him a position as one of them if his plan to have the Jenkinses kill the Charmed Ones succeeded. Billie and Christy turned good, however, when they learned of Dumain's and the Triad's treachery, and they helped the Charmed Ones to kill Dumain and the Triad. In the end, the Charmed Ones and the Jenkinses became and remain very close friends. Piper gets pregnant with her third child in late 2006. Paige and Richard get married, Paige taking Richard's last name, moving back to the Montana Estate afterwards, Paige getting pregnant in late 2006. Phoebe meets and falls in love with a Cupid named Coop, and they marry after a few months, Coop taking Phoebe's last name, Phoebe getting pregnant on their honeymoon. Billie and J.D. also get married, Billie taking J.D.'s last name, and Billie got pregnant soon afterwards. The Morrises moved to New York, and Billie and J.D. moved to LA.
2007: Piper gives birth to a daughter named Melinda Prudence Halliwell in early 2007. Paige gives birth to twin girls named Tamora Lisa and Kathryn "Kat" Phoebe Montana in mid 2007. Phoebe gives birth to a daughter named Prudence Johnna "P.J." Halliwell in late 2007. Billie gives birth to twin daughters named Josette "Josie" and Tara Williams in late 2007. All of the children had wiccanings.
Season 9: All of the biological Charmed children are revealed to be Twice-Blessed (they did not lose this destiny). Paige and Richard adopt a mortal son that they name Richard Scott Montana Jr. in 2008. Phoebe has her second daughter, which is named Parker Patricia Halliwell, in 2009. Rennek is revealed to be Leo's brother and isn't vanquished. Cole, Phoenix, Persephone, and Pagan move into the Nexus of the All, which looks like a replica of the Halliwell Manor, when Prue becomes the caretaker to the Nexus of the All. Parker had a wiccaning. (For more detail, read my fanfiction, Charmed Season 9.)
Season 10: Due to not being able to leave the Nexus of the All at first, Prue convinced Elise to give Phoebe her job as advice columnist. It is eventually revealed that Prue has become the Nexus of the All when she brings Kyra forward in time in order to resurrect her so that she can reveal what Prue is now, but Prue becomes evil when the power proves to be too powerful for her to handle on her own. In order to turn her good again, Cole performs a spell with their children to split the All between the five of them, which works. As thanks for her help, Prue and Cole make Kyra mortal. Now able to go wherever she pleases, Prue decides to get her old job back at 415 magazine as a photojournalist. Benjamin Turner is resurrected by Cole and Prue, and begins to live at the Halliwell Manor replica with his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. Benjamin and Kyra end up falling in love, and they eventually take control of Knox Academy when Knox passes.
2011: Benjamin and Kyra marry. Phoebe has her third daughter, which is named Peyton Piper Halliwell, who has a wiccaning. Billie moved back to San Francisco with her family after she finished college. The Charmed Ones, Billie, and their husbands start an organization of witches. Rosaline and Steve Montana die in a car accident.
2012-2030: The Twice-Blessed (with the exception of Tamora) attended Magic School with Josie and Tara, while Richard Jr attended Adlebery pre-school, Hoskins Elementary, Bentley Middle School, and the same high school his adoptive mother once attended. At Magic School, the Twice-Blessed received a normal education, as well as witch training. Piper's and Paige's children had additional Whitelighter training, and Phoebe's daughters had additional Cupid training. Pagan, meanwhile, received special training from the Ryu Clan. They had high school diplomas created for them after graduation from Magic School when they were each seventeen. All of the Charmed children attended Berkeley University.
Prue's children would eventually go on to work at the same company, Morningstar Industries (fanmade); Phoenix as the CEO, Persephone as the manager of the Research and Development Department, and Pagan as the manager of the Practical Science Department. Wyatt would eventually go on to become a teacher at Magic School. Piper would eventually give Chris ownership of P4, which she kept in case any of her children would eventually want it, and he renamed it "Sanctuary". Melinda would eventually become a chef at Halliwell's, working for her mother. Kat became a full-time Whitelighter rather than get a job, her primary charges being Phoebe's daughters. P.J. would eventually go on to become a geneticist at Morningstar Industries. Junior would eventually go on to become an FBI agent. Parker would eventually go on to become a bartender at Sanctuary. Peyton is still attending Berkeley University as a freshman (a psychology major).
Victor Bennett died a year before the start of this story of old age, at the age of eighty-one.

Prudence "Prue" Halliwell and Cole Turner are married, with three children: Phoenix Langdon, Persephone "Seph" Amethyst, and Pagan Victor Halliwell.

In a twist of fate, Michael "Mikey" and Darryl (Jr) Morris moved back to San Francisco to attend the police academy there. During this time, they reunited with the Halliwell/Montana family. Melinda is currently in a relationship with Mikey, who is now an FBI agent, and Richard Jr is currently secretly in a relationship with Darryl Jr, who is also his partner as they are both detectives.
Tamora's love interest will be revealed during the story.
P.J. is currently dating her mortal co-worker, Galvin Burdette.
