December 31 1992 11:59 pm in the Hospital wing
It was an accident that Minerva McGonagall got pregnant this late in life. Let's just say the spell was not what they thought it was. She was in labor right now and it was almost time to push.
"Okay Minerva I need you to push." Poppy said. Minerva's water broke this afternoon durning lunch. She was glad it had not happened when she was teaching her class a couple of days from now.
Minerva screamed and then all you heard was a small baby wailing.
"You have a beautiful baby girl Minerva. Born on January 1 1993 at 12:00 am. Weighing a hole 5 pounds even she is a foot tall." Poppy stated. "What are you going to name her Minerva?"
"Astrid Mayizie McGonagall"
"I think that's beautiful. Astrid is going to be the death of you you know. She's got on hell of a set of lungs."
"Yeah but she's my little boisterous fierce little girl. I really never thought I would be able to have a child. This is the best day of my life by far."
January 4th. Welcome back feast
"Now I know your all hungry from the long train ride but I have an anoucment to make" Headmaster Dumbledor had said "Our very loved Professor McGonagall had a beautiful daughter 4 days ago. Here she is Astrid Mayizie McGonagall our little bundle of joy and first baby at hogwarts." Everyone clapped but Dumbledor silenced them so he could continue, "Now please be patient with professor McGonagall as she has to take care of a new born and teach a class with next to no sleep for the next few months so please behave your self's. Now for the last thing I am so excited to share that I was introduced as grampa albus and I am going to make a promise in front of all of you so you all make sure I uphold it. I am going to be the best grandparent ever and spoil this kid cause she is my little princess and I love her. Now let the feat begin."
