Okay these are a series of trailers set in the order their specific stories are published after The three Dragoneers, Skrilleo and Raziet, Terror Times Three, and ending with The nest of Berk. So we've got that out of the way lets welcome the first 'tailer': The Three Dragoneers...
A girl wore weathered steel and leather armor, died blue to match her wings and tail and decorated with fish and lizard skin. Little shells and bird bones kept her intricate braid from falling apart. She was saluting an imaginary royal...
"I had spent my entire life, working to be chosen."
the girl did a incredible backflip then shot tail spines at an invisible attacker.
A boy with spiky brown and red hair stared in adoration as he knelt in front of a stone dragon hybrid. In to his hands descended a sparkling red gem with the figure of a Monstrous Nightmare in it. His wings and tail rustled with impatience. The woman bestowing him the gem gave him an annoyed look.
"And when I'm finally chosen..." continues a different voice.
A dumpy little girl with dirty blond pigtails, a short boulder tail and a pair of stubby wings not nearly twice her width clutched a brown gem with a gesture that indicated she was trying-and failing- to use the gem.
"I'm told I'm not worthy." Went on a more feminine voice.
"And worse," All three voices continued in perfect sync, "I am ordered to work with," here the voices break up.
"Her!" says the rust-haired boy with disgust.
"Him?" says the fossil-laden girl with disdain.
"Them?!" says the fat girl fearfully.
The three stand in a hall, carved with dragon figures. The scaly girl and the rusty boy were pointing at each other with the fat girl in the middle, "I work alone." The scaly girl declared proudly. "And I won't work with weak girls." The boy sneered. They strode away leaving the middle girl to mutter, "Why couldn't friendlier people be chosen?"
