I walked along the side of the road on my way to the rec center. I always took the back roads,nothing was ever different. I saw a few kids on the way there.
"Lexi!"A boys voice called out.
"Huh?"I turned around.
My friend Cyrus was running down the street bare foot as usual.
"Cyrus...I thought you would still be asleep."I told him.
"My stupid brother woke me up,I almost killed him."Cyrus said.
"You're luck he's only two years younger than you,one more year and that would be child abuse!"I told him.
"Whatever...Quinn said she'd go swimming with us on Friday."He said.
"I've got plans."I said.
"Crap!"He said.
We walked the rest of the way to the rec.
"I wonder if Aaron's home?"Cyrus said his catch phrase.
"Who cares?"I said with an attitude.
We arrived at the rec and sat on the swings.Me and Cyrus used to go out,but now we're just friends.He's been trying to go out with Quinn for awhile now.He normally
talks about her boobs or stares at mine.
"I got more cash yesterday.It's from my grandma."I told him.
"cool."He said.
I looked at the ground,he always had more money than me,but didn't earn it.
"I-."Cyrus was cut off.
There was a loud scream coming from Zoey's house. Cyrus got up and ran. I stood up and just stared across the street.Zoey's mom went insane and was chasing Zoey for skipping school.Ever since Zoey started dating her moms been drinking,causing her to abuse Zoey. I looked to my left.
"What's that?"I asked my self.
I walked over to a bright light. I fell unconscious. I began to wake up.
"She's waking up!"An oddly familiar voice said.
I opened my eyes all the way and sat up. A blonde boy sat in front of me.
"..."I was confused.
"What's your name?"The boy asked.
"Lexi."I told him.
"I'm Naruto Uzamaki!"He said.
I sat up straight and my eyes widened.
"Oh my god..."I said.
"Huh?What is it?"Naruto asked.
"Nothing."I told him."Before I say anything else let me just say I can see the future."
"What...AWESOME!"Naruto said.
Lying will be the only good thing to do.
"Got any chakra pills?"I asked Sakura,who was standing in the corner.
"Oh,uh,yes."she said.
She handed me some. I dry swallowed.
"You're not from around here are you?"Sakura asked.
"I used to live in a small village,until...never mind."I said.
"We'll take you to the academy."Naruto said.
It must be the beginning of the show,I thought.
"Naruto,don't get to close to Sasuke today,no matter what!"I told him.
"Okay."He said.
We walked down the streets until we reached the academy. Everyone stared at me.
"Who is this?"Iruka asked.
"Lexi.She's new around here."Sakura said.
"What up everybody?" I said to the class.
"Please,take a seat."Iruka instucted.
"Sure thing."I said
I looked around.If I sat next to Sasuke I'd be pushed and shoved,Naruto I would be a loser,hmm...I'll sit next to Kiba.
I sat next to Kiba and began to draw on a few peices of paper i'd kept in my pockets.I drew a picture of a vampire,then one of Akamaru and handed it to Kiba.
"Huh,wow you're good."He said.
"Thanks."I said.
I tapped my fingers.
"Could you stop that?"Iruka asked.
"What?Oh...I'm sorry."I apologized.
I began to day dream.I felt some one tapping on my shoulder.It was Kiba.
"It's time to leave."He told me.
"Thanks."I said.
"Wanna hang out?"He asked me.
"Sure."I said.
"We can go to my place,my ister Hana is there."He said.
"Alright."I said.
We went down the street to his house.
Akamaru looked at me,I pet his head.
"Hey Kiba,who's your friend?"Hana asked.
"Lexi Katsu!"I said smiling.
"Right..."Hana said.
I followed Kiba inside.
"My nickname is Sexi Lexy."I told Kiba.
We heard a crash outside.
