Author's Note: Hello all, and welcome to the first of hopefully many one-shots that I'll be creating in conjunction with Virgil of New Genesis. For those of you who don't know, Virgil is the author of the 'Green Lantern's Light' series, which serves as a crossover between 'Smallville' and 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'. Currently, I'm helping him to create the series and add a few more characters to the mix, one of which will be introduced in this one-shot.

"ICE CREAM!" yelled the strange, dark haired girl as she ran straight into the warehouse that served as a den to Spike and his gang.

"How the bloody hell'd you get in here?" asked Spike, clearly confused by the girl's presence.

The girl stopped, "Do you guys have ice cream?" She asked, her voice seeming kind of off, as if she was mentally challanged. She brushed her dark hair back, a purple streak adorned the left side of her bangs.

"No, we don't have any bloody ice cream," Spike told her, then motioned to his men, "Seize her." Two men grabbed her arms, but she didn't struggle.

"Come on, boss," started the man to the girl's right, "Let me have a bite, I haven't eaten in ages, not since I came to this town." The man's face changed, his brow became more prominant and fangs appeared in his mouth.

"Alright, but just one, Jim. I need information from the girl," Jim then started to go for the girl's neck, when she began to speak.

"You're ugly," Jim suddenly stopped, "You need a facial."

"I need a facial," Jim declared blankly, immediately backing off and walking away from her.

"What did you just do?" Spike asked as Jim pulled out a tube of lipstick and started on his facial.

The girl stared at Spike excitedly, "You sure you guys don't have ice cream?"

Spike's face changed as he growled in rage, appearing to be the same as Jim. "I bloody told you we..."

At that moment, a dark haired woman walked into the room, "Spike," She immediately drew Spike's attention, "You don't want to drink her blood, it's tainted."

"Drusilla, what are you talking about?" Spike walked toward the woman and touched her sensually.

"Light pours from her, blinding light. It'll kill us all," Drusilla told him, her speach was slow for some reason, as if to get her point across.

"Why do you guys live in an ice cream factory if you have no ice cream?" The girl seemed unaware of the danger she was in.

Spike looked back over at her, "Who are you?"

"Lyla, Lyla Lerrol," the girl stated. "Hi!"
