Olivia v.s. Olivia?

"Hey, Liv..." Alex sauntered into the room, speaking in a low, sexy voice.

"Alex? Why are you talking like that? What's up?" Olivia looked up from her work, making a rather confused face at Alex.

Alex put her hands around Olivia, and whispered into her ear, "What do you want to be up?" Alex kissed Olivia on the cheek.

"Alex, what the hell are you doing?" Olivia twisted out of Alex's grip.

"What's with you today? You were perfectly fine with me doing that yesterday. Better than fine, actually. I was just wondering if you wanted to come back to my place for dinner. Like yesterday."

"Nothing is 'with' me today, I just have a date later."

"A date? Olivia, why would you do something like this to me?"

"Like what? I'm perfectly entitled to date anyone I feel like dating."

"No, no you're not. We're dating, or have you forgotten already? So spill it, what's her name?"

"We're not dating, and it's a guy."

"Say that to my couch cushions. What do you mean, 'It's a guy'?"

"I mean exactly what it sounds like I mean. The person I am dating is, wait for it, male. What do you mean, 'say that to my couch cushions'?"

"I mean that even they would be able to remember last night. It was rather memorable, if you haven't completely forgotten, which I would hope you haven't. Besides, I thought you stopped dating guys, or as you so intelligently informed me, males."

"And why would I have done a thing like that? Contrary to popular belief, I do have a life outside of work, you know."

"Gee, I don't know, Olivia. Maybe it's because you're gay!"

"Am not!"

"Well, then maybe you're Bi."

" No, no I'm not. I'm perfectly straight, Alex. Like a ruler. Or a pencil."

"That's not what you said last night."

"What the hell is that supposed mean?"

"My god, Olivia, don't you remember anything?"

"There was nothing to remember, Alex."

"I can't believe you would say such a thing like that."

" What, the truth? Here it is again: there was nothing to remember."

"OH. MY. GOD."

" What is it now?"

"You're not Olivia."

" What do you mean, I'm not Olivia. I most certainly am Olivia."

"That is a lie, and you know it. I should have realized, when I saw that you didn't have your jacket this morning."

"What jacket?"

"The leather one. There had been speculation, but I thought that it was just that: speculation. I never thought it would be true. Damn it. Where is the real Olivia?"

" I am the real Olivia. And I can prove it!"

This declaration caught Alex off guard. "How?"

As 'Olivia' opened her mouth to speak, but before she could say anything, the door opened and the *real* Olivia walked in, complete with jacket, looking rather forlorn.

"Alex! I am *so* glad I found you! I was at your office, but everyone kept saying that I wasn't the *real* Olivia, whatever the hell that means. So I decided to come back here and see if anyone here had seen you, but here you are!" Olivia wrapped her arms around Alex. Seeing the fake Olivia, see gestured towards her. "Ah, so this is the source of all the confusion. You are up to your old tricks again, I see, Oliska."

"Who's Oliska?"

"Her!" said Olivia, pointing to the imposter. "Every once in a while she stirs up a commotion by pretending to be me. She usually fucks it up, though. She keeps forgetting my jacket, she has really bad taste in clothes, and she never really gets a decent haircut. Not only that, but she absolutely sucks at fighting of any kind. And for some reason, she keeps trying to convince everyone that I'm straight, which simply isn't true." Olivia smiled at Alex, and kissed her gently. "C'mon, let's get this one into lockup, then we can go for dinner. My treat."
