Star and Marco walked down the sidewalk, "So… where are going?" Star asked glancing over," Another dimension?" she asked practically skipping, "Umm… Star, have you ever heard of school?" Marco answered matter of factly. Star slumped, "Oh yay, it's Monday," She mumbled," Wow. Who. Is. She?" He pointed.

Star looked where he was pointing, on an ally wall stood a girl. She was so pretty, with her, sort of long, dirty blond hair, with sea green heights. Her outfit was the perfect combination of 'I don't care' and 'I tried so hard.' She shifted and her navy dress twirled, as one of her knee high, black, tenna-shoes hit the pavement again.

'Is it bad that I hate her so much?' star wondered 'No, not at all.' She decided, "So… what's so special about her?" she asked shrugging. Marco looked at Star," She's just different I guess." He concluded. Star looked at the ground, as she pushed a strand of hair out of her eyes. 'So that's what he likes, different.' Star thought 'I'll try different'

Later Star sat in her room, staring in a mirror, "Wow." Star whispered. She stared she now had her long hair in a high pony-tail, with teal blue streaks, she had a gray skirt that was a little shorter than her knees. She zipped up the lavender hoodie,"Oh." She whispered as she fixed her white tenna –shoe. She heard a knock on the door, "Come in." she answered, throwing her head-band on her bed.

Marco opened the door,"Hey Sta-"his eyes widened," Wow. What are you wearing?" he asked gesturing to Star's outfit. Star started to blush, "Something… different?" She answered shrugging. Marco's expression changed, he walked to Star's bed, and picked up her head-band," I like you just the way you are. You don't need to change." He told her kindly, and then he put the head-band on her head, "Thanks Marco." Star said touched," Let me change." He nodded, understanding, then left.

Star stared at the door for a moment, and then turned to her nightstand. She walked over to it and opened it, she took out her journal. She plopped down on her bed and started writing.
