A mismatch of sorts. I wanted Risa to experience a bit of what Riku went through with Dark. A simple drabble--to get the ideas flowing again. :-)
"Ugh!" Risa screamed, dropping herself angrily on the chair in front of her sister's. "He is the most insufferable man in the planet! He doesn't know how to care for anyone but himself, talks to me like I'm some little toddler and acts as if he knows everything! God, I hate him! I hate him! I hate him!"
Riku rolled her eyes, already used to her sister's tirades. She didn't even look up from the papers she was checking, "Dark's the most intolerable know-it-all jerk ever born, hands down. Satoshi's like an innocent little puppy compared to that demon."
Risa hit the table with her hands, enraged. "At least we both know Dark's only like that because he wants you to notice him." She waved away her sister's protests. "Hello? This is Hiwatari we're talking about here! There is no way on God's green earth he's nice."
"He's probably just like that because he likes you too, you know. Give the poor guy a chance. If you stopped looking for flaws in him, I bet you two would hit off instantly."
"You're delusional."
"No, I'm not."
"Oh yes, you are. I'd exchange him for Dark any day." She crossed her arms and glared at the ceiling angrily.
"You can have him. You'll be begging for Satoshi by the end of the week." Riku glanced up with a grin, privy to Risa's little secret.
"Whatever, 'Ku."
Hmph.
'He's still annoying.'
