This story is supposed to take place around the time (or a bit after) Firefly/Serenity took place. The characters from the series/movie are probably not going to be in here, but the ship class names and the concepts of the Reavers and the Alliance are there, and I will be making up names for things I need (more ship class names, race names, etc.). Basically there is this ship named Anatia (Mir class) and this story is about her crew. The captain of Anatia is Issy Warahara (no making fun of the names please unless they really suck) and as the story opens up, she has just hired a new mechanic (absent of the rest of the crew) - Ian Bashiue - and is introducing him to the rest of the crew.
I will try my best to update this quickly. Bear in mind that I have school/homework/etc. to deal with and I don't always have time to get on the computer and type for an hour or so. I hereby give Mandy and/or Steve permission to pester me until I update again.
