Prompt: Starry Heavens

"Wow, those are a lot of stars," Danny said as Lindsay stopped the pick up truck at the end of a long gravel road.

"More than you can see in the city, that's for sure."

"Hey, you can see stars in New York; you just have to look through the pollution."

Lindsay smiled and opened her door, "Whatever, cowboy, just get in the back."

Danny's eyes widened as he watched Lindsay spread out a blanket, "really? Here?"

Lindsay rolled her eyes, "Danny, we've had sex in two closets at work, your mother's bathroom, and the subway, and this is weird for you."

"It's just…there are a lot of bugs there."

Lindsay sighed, "On the subway there were rats. Why do you think I brought you here, Danny? This is the place couples go to get busy."

"'Get busy.' Really?"

Lindsay blushed, "Shut up."

"So," he began as he climbed into the back, "This is make out point or whatever. Who did you make out with here?"

"No one."

"Oh come on, Montana, I'm not that insanely jealous."

"Yes, you are, but it's not a lie. I never got asked up here."

"How has that even possible? You're hot and awesome. You watch football for fuck's sake."

Lindsay laughed a sweet, young sound as she pressed her body against his, "Well, I was shy, kind of developed late in life and then the whole friend's dying thing. Kind of made me a bit of an outcast."

"Oh, baby…"

"Its okay," she said, sliding over his body so she was straddling him, "I figure you could make it up to me. Your better than any jerk I went to high school anyway."

"I love you," he whispered as he leaned up to kiss her, "Your better looking than any girl I went to high school with."

"Oh yeah, would you have taken me to make out point?"

"Our make out point was a spot behind the bleachers, but yeah, I'd have gotten you there anyway I could."

"Well you've got me now. What are you going to do about it?"

Danny smirked and made Lindsay gasp as he rolled them over, "I could tell you, but I was always better at showing."

"Well then, show away."
