A Chloe/Oliver fic.

...

Disclaimer: Nope, don't own Smallville ... just the first 8 seasons on DVD.

...

A/N: Well, after watching the first Justice League episode, I couldn't help but write this fic. I loved the team that they made, but specifically, I loved Chloe's reaction to Oliver when she first met him. I also love Chloe's code-name, I wonder if she picked it, or if Oliver did.

Anywhoo, this is just a short fic, takes place after Chloe and Oliver start seeing each other.

I hope you guys like this, I know I'll love writing it.

As always, please read and review, I live for feedback!

At first, it wasn't a conscious decision. It just happened that way, a total fluke. But then Lois pointed it out one day; off-hand, as though it didn't mean a thing in the world. Now, she couldn't help it.

No matter what part of her body it was on, no matter where it was placed, every single day, she wore something green. Sometimes it was a sweater, or a belt, or her socks. Some days it was earrings, or the clips in her hair. Sometimes she wore a bracelet, or cleverly selected her eye shadow to match. On days when she was feeling particularly sneaky and flirty, it would be her undergarments. She had actually gone out to buy a matching pair of sexy, green underwear, just for him. She couldn't help it ... she was hooked.

She absolutely loved the way that he made her feel. So alive, so impassioned ... so appreciated. To put it less than eloquently, he turned her on; right down to her very core, and all the way up to her rapid-fire brain. He stimulated her in so many ways, it was almost indescribable. He was brilliant, funny, sexy, and powerful. He might not have superpowers, but he risked his life everyday to bring justice to the world, and help people who couldn't help themselves. He was pretty much one of her heroes.

Her idolization of him had grown into admiration, and then infatuation. The fact that he wanted her too ... it brought a smile to her face that lasted for days at a time.

So, she showed it in her own way. Today, she wore a necklace with a green heart-shaped pendant, rested elegantly against her chest. She fingered it lightly as she made her way up to his place, looking forward to their date.

Sometimes she wondered if he knew ... she'd started doing it a few months ago - according to Lois - and by now it had become an everyday occurrence. There wasn't a single day that went by, when she didn't wear something green. If he did know, he didn't say anything. But she kind of hoped that he did know. She wanted him to know just how much he meant to her, even if she wasn't ready to say it yet.

Despite how cliché and cheesy it was, she let her actions do the talking, and walking into his loft with a bright grin on her face, eager to see the look on his when he discovered the new outfit she'd gotten ... just for him.

The end.

My first "Chlollie" fic, but I absolutely love them! He'd better come back this season!

Well, what did you guys think? Like it, hate it?

I've only just started reading Chlollie fics, so I don't know if there's a story like this out there already.

Reviews are appreciated, flame if you must, but constructive criticism is much more useful.

Until next time ...!
