PART 3 :

Cabe asked Walt to open the container's doors, cautiously.

Walt opened the right door first, slowly.

It was so dark inside that no one could see anything.

Cabe nodded at Walt, to "tell" him he could now open the left door.

In the meantime, Cabe took his flaslight (out) to lighten up the container's inside.

Toby, Happy, Sly and Paige were there, indeed !

The photographs didn't lie about the dire situation : all of them had been gagged, handcuffed, and coudln't see a thing either, as the piece of cloth was still in place, blinding them.

The four victims suddenly shouted "Who's there?", after having heard those frightening noises.

Walter rushed to Paige, without even thinking about it; he was quite relieved and just wanted to free her. Cabe, put his gun back into his holster, and while keeping the flashlight in his hand, went to free Sly.

Paige : "Freed at last, I'm so glad to see you darling !", while saying that, she got up and waited for Walt to embrace her since she opened her arms wide.

Walter : "Paige, what's on your mind? I don't understand.", he moved back.

Paige : "... I'm the one who doesn't understand, why did you move back? Why are you suddenly so discreet?"

Walter : "... May I remind you that you dumped me 2 days ago? I thought it was for real. I didn't think you could joke on such an important matter."

Paige : "... What are you talking about? Have you been dreaming or something? Well, it's true you already dreamt you were married to Flo, and you even kissed her in that dream ! So..."

Sly : "Thanks so much for that Cabe, and thank you too, Walt."

Walt went closer to Happy, in order to free her. Cabe took care of Toby.

Walter said to everybody : "I don't get it, appearently, we don't share the same memories about what happened 2 days ago. Can anybody please share with the others what you recall?"

Cabe talked first : He stated that Sly, Toby, Happy and Paige left team /scorpion, resigned right after Paige dumped Walt. That Flo said she had feelings for Walt. What set Paige on fire was both tickets she found although Walt told her the lecture has been canceled.

Toby, Happy, Sly and Paige were god smacked !

Each of them told the others that after Alex' mission in North-East Africa, they went to Kovelskis' to pick up a meal and they went separate ways afterwards.

Cabe and Walter didn't have the same memories at all, it wasn't that way things happened according to them.

Yet, Walt and Cabe did go to Kovelskis' too, to pick up a meal they ate at the garage.

Quite strange.

None of them could explain what happened and that was way too odd and could be tagged as a paranormal phenomenon, maybe.

Whatever explanation they might figure out later, they undoubtedly needed some rest, so everybody went back to the garage, to be able to somewhat forget that traumatic and weary mission.

FIRST MISSION ENDS HERE.

(FOOTNOTE : I'll be in schooling for the next 2 months,

consequently, the 2nd mission won't be published before mid-August, I'm sorry for the hitch.
