Chapter 1
"I hope InuYasha isn't too mad." Kagome said coming out of the well.
It was winter with snow on the ground. Kagome had been gone for 5 days for Christmas break. It had been hard to tell InuYasha that she wanted to go for 5 days but like usual the arguments ended with InuYasha face down in the ground and Kagome saying something about being rude and not to come get her. But Kagome had cooled down and hoped InuYasha had forgotten (or more likely understood) what happened.
But all the same Kagome couldn't wait to tell InuYasha all about Christmas night and to give her gifts to the gang.
Kagome didn't see InuYasha in the trees and started heading for the village, but she only was able to take 3 steps when… She was tacked to the snow by InuYasha.
"There you are! We've been waiting for you."
"InuYasha, get off me!!"
"Not until you tell me what you brought me!"
"You're hurting me!! Get Off me now!!!"
"What are you going to do about it, huh?"
"Don't make me say the 'S' word!"
