A day at the beach
It was a sunny afternoon at the beach. The water was perfect, people were having picnics, and children were making sand castles. But somewhere down the beach something not so pleasant was about to happen.
*down the beach*
"Oh my God! He's suffocating! Someone help! We need CPR!"
One of the two girls standing by the incident knew CPR, so the girl that didn't know CPR said to the other "Oh my God! Help him! You know CPR!!"
"Doesn't mean I'm good at it."
"Who cares? You can try!"
"Well you see, I just want to walk away right now, it'll save him the pain."
"Just try!!"
"Naw I'd rather not. It'd be too much pain for him to endure if I try to save his life."
"He is already half dead! Just try and help him!"
"I'll be helping him if I just walk away right now. If I try to save him, I know I'll kill him. So therefore if I help him, I'd really be murdering him."
"Just forget I asked!!"*stomps off to a pay phone to call ambulance*
*looks at guy choking on water* "good luck buddy. See you in the afterlife" *walks off to the other side of the beach*
And sadly the man did not make it to the hospital…instead his girlfriend saved him while the two friends walked off in different directions.
