Author's Note:

EchoClan is a resident clan of Medicine Cats created by a medicine cat in the beginning of these clans. There is a lot of backstory to EchoClan and the Clan's beginnings which might not be touched upon too much during the story. Afterwards, or possibly during, I will release a short story that tells the beginnings of the five clans.

However, here's some info.

EchoClan rarely attends gatherings, and keeps to themselves. When there is a murder, or a clan nearly falls apart, they are there. They hold Trials, which decide the fate of murderers and coups. When a clan nearly falls apart, EchoClan nurses them back to health, and gives them warriors from their own un-divided ranks to replenish them. EchoClan's sole purpose is to keep the Clans together. The reason why?

FierceClan, WaterClan, AirClan, and DarkClan stem from ancient clans from far away, only one of which still remains. Those ancient Clans tore themselves apart, and EchoClan was formed to keep these Clans together, for StarClan decrees that Clans must always exist.

Another note: Humans do not exist in this world.
