"Alright Yuuri I think that that is enough training for today! Let's head out!" Viktor says to his boyfriend, gently holding the Japanese skater's arm.

"But, the Grand Prix Final is tomorrow! And I've barely mastered the quadruple flip!* Yuuri pants, bending over and putting his hands on his knees.

"Yes but you are tired my love, you will not be able to do your best tomorrow if you are sore, now let's get off of the ice." The Russian skater instructs. Yuuri nods and skates over to the edge of the rink, stepping off of the ice and taking off his skates.

"It's kind of funny, we are competing but we're practicing together!" He chuckles.

"I don't find it to be so strange," Viktor replies as they walk out of the rink hand in hand.

"Why don't you?" Yuuri asks, genuinely confused.

"I have my reasons~" Viktor winks. Yuuri rolls his eyes.

They walk throughout downtown Vancouver for several minutes, admiring the city's lights and atmosphere of the west coast city. They aren't saying a word, but no words are needed, the warmth of their interlocked fingers are words enough for them.

Soon, the two walk past a food venue with it's doors open, wafting the scent of fresh food onto the streets, making Yuuri's stomach growl; interrupting the sweet silence.

"Can't wait for dinner huh little piggy?" Viktor comments.

"Uh... yeah, practice must've made me hungry," Yuuri blushes, hoping that that would be the end of it.

Just to tease his boyfriend's hunger, Viktor turns the cinnamon roll's head towards the restaurant, but the sight of food just makes his stomach roar.

"GAH! V-Viktor why did you do that!?" Yuuri shouts in surprise.

"Yuuuuriii I think that your stomach is trying to tell you something~" Viktor giggles, poking at his boyfriend's rumbling belly.

"Viktor stop it that tickles!" Yuri laughs, failing miserably at dodging the pokes.

"Yuuri give me food!" Viktor imitates.

"Viktor! People are looking!"

"Okay, okay I'll stop!" Viktor stops poking at Yuuri as they continue to walk hand in hand, laughing along the way. They soon stop in a park and observe the many couples on their midnight strolls.

"Hey Yuuri," he begins. Yuuri stops and looks at the white haired man.

"Yeah?"

Viktor turns and faces Yuuri, taking his ringed hand, "after the Grand Prix Final, would you like to get married?" He asks, pressing his lips to the cold, golden ring on his lover's finger.

Yuuri's heart immediately starts racing as he blushes intensely, "Yes, yes of course I'll marry you!" He exclaims, wrapping his arms around Viktor's toned body.

Viktor's face immediately lights up in a smile and a blush as he hugs his new fiance back, "amazing! I can't wait!"

"But... What if I don't win gold at the final..." Yuuri's voice trails off into a whisper.

"That does not matter to me Yuuri," Viktor responds, "I would marry you even if you disqualified~*

Yuuri looks up at him with tears in his eyes, "Aishiteru Vitya!" He presses his forehead against Viktor's and gazes into his sea-blue eyes.

"Ya tee-byá lyub-lyú, Yuuri." Viktor nuzzles their noses together as the two share a tender moment full of affection, until his stomach starts growling as well.

"Sounds like I'm not the only hungry one!" Yuuri giggles.

"Here, let us go somewhere to celebrate!" Viktor grabs onto his fiance's hand and starts leading the way.
