"You're too slow!" The blue hedgehog yelled for the final time.

Why was this the final time?

KuRAWpika had finally snapped.

The last straw had been pulled.

The chicken had finally hatched.

Sonic could only watch in terror as KuRAWpika's usual gentle eyes turned into a bloody scarlet that represented his inner hatred of the blue blur.

Quickly, KuRAWpika latched his chains onto the spider tattoo on Sonic's middle-most quill. The blue speed demon was stunned, both mentally and psychically.

KuRAWpika did his signature technique by grasping his Judgement chain onto his spider victim's heart.

Heartlessly with intense malice, KuRAWpika lived up to the "RAW" part of his name.

Sonic was struggling with the regret that drowned his entire conscious as he suffocated slowly by KuRAWpika's abyss of despair.

KuRAWpika loosened his chains on the frightened animal, and demanded that he apologize. If a lack of sincerity or obligation to do so struck Sonic, he would meet his inevitable demise.

Unfortunately, Sonic didn't understand how his chains actually worked. KuRAWpika had lied, there was no escape from the chains that would engulf its victim, unless the user exchanges their life.

It wasn't likely in the slightest.

KuRAWpika surprised himself.

He thoroughly slashed his breast, enough to allow his heart to fall out into a bloody mess.

The veins hung out slightly from his clothes, and the heart they were previously connected to started to slowly decease its pounding palpitations.

KuRAWpika explained the chains effect, and how he was unable to detach them without giving up his life.

KuRAWpika smiled one last time.

Sonic stood glassy eyed and majorly depressed as he wailed silently unto the moonlit forest that surrounded them.

After a while of mourning, he wiped his grief stricken face caked with salty tears.

Gently, Sonic whispered into KuRAWpika's cold, soft corpse, "I wasn't actually a spider, but you knew that, didn't you?"
