Random author notes: Hello people! This is the second poem I've written umu! (the anime thingy is still stuck in my head…oh well!) This poem is mostly from Kagome's point of view on her feelings about Inuyasha. Once again it's a free verse poem. Oh yea I need a disclaimer! Umu!

Why is it you never
seem to notice my feelings?
You always go after her
And I'm left alone to wait for your return
I want to cry but is there any point to that?
My tears won't get you to notice how I feel
They'll get you to notice me for a while but then…
When it's all done and over with
You'll just go back to chasing after her
My heart doesn't want to feel this pain anymore
But…what am I supposed to do?
Time after time I want to say "I love you"
No…there's no point to that
You won't say you that you love me back
Will you?
There's no point to confessing if you won't return the feeling
After all,
You love her not me
But I don't understand why you love her and not me
Am I not good enough?
Can I not compete with her?
Whenever you come back after chasing her…
My emotions go into overdrive
I don't know why I feel the way I do
I just don't want you to be near her
I don't want her to take you away from me
I know that I'm being childish but I can't seem to help it
I don't understand why you love her
When…she doesn't except you for who you are
She wants you to change for her
Isn't that being selfish?
But I suppose I am selfish in my own way as well
I love you with all my heart so…
If you love her I won't stop you
Just to see you happy I would do anything for you
But I hope you know that no matter what
I'll always be by your side…
