Riff Raff was in his room, staring out the window as he saw murky grey storm clouds gathering just outside. It was already evening; a long day of work and assistance to the creation of Frank's "perfect man" left him practically exhausted. He fell backwards onto his bed and spread his arms out on either side of him, breathing gently. His blue eyes fluttered shut and he fell asleep without really knowing.

He heard knocking on his door at what seemed like a few minutes later. Riff jerked awake and sat up quickly as the door started to open. In burst Magenta, her frizzy red hair flying everywhere. "Riff Raff!" She exclaimed, a smile across her young face. Riff stared at Magenta, still too asleep to do much of anything, yet. "You have to look outside, it's raining! Even better, it pouring!" She said happily, approaching the window and admiring the rain as it pounded on the glass. Riff sighed and lay back down.

"Magenta," He moaned tiredly. "Do you know what time it is? I had to do a bunch of crap today, I wanna go to sleep." He whined, putting an arm over his eyes. He heard Magenta exhale softly and walk out of the room, shutting the door gently behind her. Riff uncovered his eyes, watching her leave out of his peripheral vision. He sighed again.

Magenta sat outside on the front porch, small droplets of rainwater sprinkling her face as she watched the thunderstorm commence. She really wished Riff would come outside with her, nature was so much more beautiful when he was there to admire it with her. Then again, he probably had a good reason for not wanting to get up; Riff had never been one to make pointless excuses to get out of something. She pulled her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them, resting her chin on her knees.

"Shall we dance?" Said a soft voice from beside Magenta. She jumped, gasped, and looked up at the source of the voice. Riff was standing there, bending over slightly and holding an outstretched hand to help Magenta up. He was drenched; his pale blond hair clung to his gaunt face and his clothes dripped with water. She saw the most handsome smile on his face. Part of her wondered where he came from, but she decided not to ask as she put her delicate hand in his, her own face beaming with a shimmering beauty that only seemed to be caught by the moon mingled with the rain. With ease, he lifted her to her feet and led her into the rain to dance.

Oh, it's so short! I really wasn't paying attention when I started working on this, but I think it turned out rather well. This is, in essence, the only pairing I truly appreciate in the whole movie, whether it's incestuous or not. I mean, they're just so darn cute! Anyway, I thought this idea was quiet, yet romantic and this was the first pairing I could think of that dances and I like enough to write about. ^^
