I can't find a thing to say

Hey, people!! I'm back with yet another poem! I know, I will do an actual story some day, I just need to get an idea :D

Well, like everything for LOST I've written, It's a Chaire poem (WOO!) and I'm kinda hoping for a few more reviews. Not being picky, but it would be nice. :)

It's set after the end of season 3 when Charlie is, unfortunately, dead. Claire is reflecting over her last times with Charlie. Some parts don't make sense, but oh well. :D

Oh, and this is not a songfic, so don't get confused with the song (even though I think it's the best song around!!)

Now You're Gone

I can't find a thing to say

Why did I let you walk away?

I should've known that something was wrong,

By the way you seemed strange all along.

I can't help but think of the past,

How that kiss will be our last,

I wish I had more time to say,

How much I need you everyday.

You must've known how it would end,

Thanks to Desmond, your so-called 'friend',

But it was thanks to him you're where you are now,

At the bottom of the ocean, I just don't know how.

How could you do this when I need you the most?

The best dad in the world, and I promise I don't boast.

Even on drugs you were there for me and Aaron,

But I let you go so I could carry on.

I never realised how much I held on,

Even when you left, and now you're gone,

I wish I never let go of your hands,

Too blind to notice your demands.

I just wished I could see you again,

To hold your hand and share your pain.

Just one more time to see your face,

Instead you left without a trace.

Okay, so there we go. Quite short, but I ran out of rhymes. Some lines are out of sequence, I know but I tried. I'm no good at poems or rhymes, but I think that this poem went pretty well. PLEASE REVIEW!! IT MEANS SO MUCH TO KNOW PEOPLE LIKE IT … or hate it … you know … whatever. Also, let me know if the title suits the poem, if it doesn't, please give me another one if you can, and I'll change it, thanks!! Toodles!!
