A/N Hey it's my first time writing and I hope you all enjoy and what not. Please let me know what you think about it :)
Hermione awoke to the soft knockings at her door, knowing it was too early to be Harry or Ron; she opened the door with a smile.
"Another nightmare, Ginny?" she cooed to the younger ginger girl. Ginny smiled up and Hermione and only replied with a slight nod. The Granger girl led little Weasley to her bed and made a nice spot on the bed for the both of them. This had been the third day in a row that Ms. Weasley came to Hermione's room. She often wondered what horrible thoughts could be filling Ginny's head to lead her to seem so exhausted all the time.
"What is it this time Ginny?" Hermione quietly questioned the girl.
Ginny started to shake as she spoke. "The dark lord, and Harry, and Ron, and you…" her voice began to quiver and Hermione quickly touched her hand, "It was the war I believe, but no one survives but me… I think, I don't know… It's so dark and scary and unreal, but so real, and I don't know…" As Ginny began to go in circles of "I don't know" and pauses the voice between each word got quieter and the breath got slower and deeper. Hermione knew that Ginny had falling and slowly drifted to her own sleep.
The nightmare of Ron's death woke Hermione up again. Finding herself alone and in a pool of sweat she questioned her sanity and wondered if Ginny had even visited her last night. As soon as she rolled out of bed and found the note on her door she knew the truth.
'Mione,
Gone down to eat, Ron and Harry say to sleep as long as you like. You called out to Ron again last night, kicked me off the bed too. Don't worry I didn't mention this, nor am I upset. However, I do expect full explanation to why you call for my brother with such a wanting voice.
Love, Ginny
Knowing this was not the first time she had kicked Ginny of the bed Hermione was not worried. The only thing she was worried about was if someone were to question what she had dreamed about.
Hermione had had several dreams come true to the figure. Her first year she dreamed of giant chess games, flying keys, and a two headed man, the following year was a giant snake and her friend Ginny in the middle of it, the third year was a werewolf and a giant bird, her fourth was a disturbing dance and a questionable maze, her fifth was a room full of magic telling balls, and last year was Dumbledore's death. She longed feared that if she was to tell anyone about her dreams and the often truth that happened following them, that they would know what exactly was happening to Ron in her dreams. To which she would be afraid to tell them that she holds the wand that kills him with Draco by her side.
