Everyone could tell how much the Danvers Sisters loves each other. One look at all of the little things, the simple things, and you can tell.

Kara had gotten injured fighting Reign, and was unconscious in the Med Bay. Alex was sitting by her side, holding her hand in hers.
"Kara Danvers is my favorite person. She's saved me more times than Supergirl ever could" Alex whispered. Just then, Kara shot up, her eyes flying open. The blonde held onto her sister so tight, Alex must've had a few broken ribs. Alex didn't care. She was so happy her sister would be okay.

Eliza was criticizing Alex for letting Kara become Supergirl.
"It's not Alex's fault Eliza. I'm the one who chose to save the plane, to save Alex's life. Don't criticize her for that. It's not her fault she doesn't control me"
Eliza looked shocked from being stood up to by Kara; the lost little girl who landed on Earth, and left abruptly, leaving the two sisters.
"Thanks Kara"
"No problem" she enveloped her sister in a hug. Alex always wondered how she ended up with this koala of a Kryptonian, but she would always be grateful for her.

Kara and Alex were cooking in the kitchen for game night, and Alex was cutting up vegetables. Kara walked up behind Alex and hugged her from the back. Alex turned around and hugged her sister. Everyone swears they saw tears in J'ohn's eyes.

Kara blew out her powers and was sick.
Kara heard a knock on her door.
"It's open" She wheezed from the couch.
"Hey, I brought you ice cream" Alex held up the container of chocolaty goodness.
"Thanks" Kara whispered, her voice barely audible.
"Feeling any better?" Alex asked as she took a seat next to Kara.
"Not really. Being human sucks ya know"
Alex laughed at their little inside joke. Kara and Alex continued to laugh and talk.
"Kara, you're shivering" Alex pulled a blanket over her sister and pulled her into a hug. Kara was more comfortable than ever in Alex's arms.

Kara found out she was pregnant after Mon El had left Earth.
"I can't do this alone Alex, but I want to keep my child so bad!" Kara cried as she sat on her couch. Alex came and sat down next to her, bringing her sister into a hug.
"You're never alone, remember? You always have me on your side" Alex whispered tickling Kara's sides. Kara bursted out laughing and nodded.
"Okay, okay I smiled, you can stop now!" Kara begged. The Girl of Steel was begging her adoptive sister to stop tickling her. Alex obeyed her pleading and stopped tickling Kara. After a small moment of silence, Kara whispered "Thank you"
"I'll always be here for you"

It was finally Kara's ultrasound, and Kara was nervous as hell.
"Okay Kara, I'm gonna need you to get up on this bed and lay back. Make sure your shirt is rolled up enough so that I can put this gel over your bump" Alex instructed. Kara did as she was told, rolling up her pale pink sweater. Alex smudged the gel on her stomach, forgetting to warn her about how cold it was. Kara flinched and grabbed her sisters hand. Alex smiled softly down at Kara. Alex had always been close to her sister, but never closer than now. She held Kara's hair back when she puked, ran to the store to get food, fell asleep with her on the couch, helped her do daily tasks that were getting harder to do, and held her in her arms when she cried, which was quite often.
"It's okay, I'm here" Alex whispered and kissed Kara's forehead before resuming her work with one hand. "Okay..." she said subconsciously when she saw the screen.
"What is it? Is my baby okay?" Kara asked.
"Yeah, it's just, you're having twins Kara" Alex grinned. Kara shot up in excitement before laying back down so Alex could finish the ultrasound. "Congrats sis" Alex grinned.
