Hey I'm here with a Christmas story so here it goes
KIM'S P.O.V.
"It's really snowing hard." I said rubbing and looking down at my baby bump.
"And Daddy's not home." I said with a frown.
It's only two days before Christmas and my husband wasn't home, he wasn't even on his way home. I was 9 months pregnant with a baby girl, me and Jack have been married for 10 months and this was going to be our first Christmas together, I was so happy.
We where going to name her Leah, Maci , or Charlotte(Charlie for short).
But he wasn't home he been at work,he worked in the army, he had to leave for Iraq the month after we got married,he didn't even know we ere going to have a baby until 4 months later after I found out, because I couldn't get hold of him.
"Oh I wish daddy will be home for Christmas." I said as I looked out the window waiting for him to come home. I watched the snow fall in the night."Well I think it might be time for bed." I finish my drink and went to bed. I looked over at my night table and grabed the picture of me and Jack. I thought of all the times I had with him.
"Well I can only hope that Daddy will be home soon." And with that I close my eyes and go to sleep.
Jack's P.O.V.
I just got back to the base from out in the filed all day. " Hey Jack we are all going out for drinks, you coming?" asked Brandon one of the guys in my group." Na you guys go ahead with out me, in going to turn in early." patting him on the back and walking to my room. I dorped everything and went to take a shower. After I was done I went to the window looked out side watching the snow fall. I got into bed and grabed the picture of me and Kim. " I promise I'll be home for Christmas Kim." Then I went to bed.
