AU. Zuko is a hostile wanderer. He refuses to take sides in the war, but that will change when he finds a certain boy in an iceberg. Eventual Zutara.

The war has been fought for one hundred years. The Fire Nation is determined to oppress all nations. It is a terrible time. I was once known as the Dragon of the West, a mighty general in this war. But I no longer fight this war. I now see that the war is wrong and must be ended. I now search for the Avatar, the one person capable of ending the bloodshed, accompanied by my nephew, Prince Zuko, and his friend Tai. Zuko has suffered worse than all others. And he believes me to be on a fool's journey. But I do not believe so, for I believe the Avatar not only lives, but is approaching his time to return to the world. He is coming to save us all.
