Doof was getting groceries on his bike when a collision occurred, Perry was on his normal non-flying scooter but he was going to crash into Doof, he applied the brakes too hard and fell on Doofenshmirtz, before Doof could get up, Perry quickly went away on his scooter, Doof started following Perry on his cycle.
Perry's scooter ran out of gas, Doof saw Perry press a button which folded it into a 3*3 inch flat rectangle, Perry kept it under his hyper-space hat, Perry went in a bus and the bus went, Doof took another bus and followed Perry, Perry's bus stopped next to a carnival, Doof's bus went ahead, he pulled the EMERGENCY OPEN and ran outside, the heading said 'Fun With O.W.C.A and O.W.V.C.A(Organisation With A Very Cool Acronym) Note: Only Officers and Agents Allowed' Doof remembered something

There was a LOVEMUFFIN meeting and there was going to be a trophy to the person who destroys a carnival.
Doof used an Invisible-inator to make him invisible and went inside, he planted a bomb on The Christmas tree(there was a Christmas party) it was 11:30 p.m., The bomb was going to explode, Perry was told to come in front and light the Christmas cake candles, it was right next to the cake, it exploded sending Perry flying away and he hit a carnival stand, everyone started evacuating from there.
