Russia stopped because normally the boy was as quiet as a mouse.
"Russia stop! How do you ever expect me to get a girlfriend if you never let me get taller?" Russia thought for a second before he smiled all creepy like that would even make Poland duck for cover.
"You will never get a girlfriend then little Latvia. You're to short." Then Russia left.
"And whose fault is that?" Latvia said quietly, trying to make sure Russia did hear him.
"Wait….CHALLENGE ACCEPTED." Latvia suddenly shouted, striking a surprisingly many pose.

"Oh would you look at the time." Estonia said looking at his watch as the tea began to boil

You were skipping, yes skipping, down to Russia's house because magically you were the only one who wasn't afraid of Russia. You barged straight into his house, totally uncaring for the fact Russia would probably kill you.
