"And now I give you, the class of 2002!" Maria Slater said, as she
stood at the podium with a grin.
The crowd of Sweet Valley High seniors began to hoot, clap, and throw their caps in the air. Everybody had officially graduated, and were eager to get on with their lives.
Jessica Wakefield grabbed her sister Elizabeth by the arms. They began to jump up and down. "We did it!" Jessica howled!
Elizabeth laughed, and adjusted her red cap on her blonde hair. "I know! Jess, isn't it wonderful?"
She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned. Conner! Elizabeth threw her arms around him, pressing her head close to his shoulder. She inhaled his scent. "Conner! We finally did it! I'm so incredibly happy!"
Conner gave his handsome grin. "I know. Seemed like it would take forever. How about we head on out to someplace special, before project graduation?"
I'll go anywhere as long as it's with you! "Sure!" Elizabeth grinned excitedly.
As they began to slowly push through the crowded auditorium, they became engulfed by a crowd of their friends. Tia Ramirez, Andy Marsden, Maria Slater, Jade Wu, Evan, and Jessica all began to chatter excitedly.
Tia pulled Elizabeth a few steps away. Pushing her thick hair behind her ears, she smiled. "See? I told you come graduation, Conner and you would be perfectly fine."
Elizabeth looked thoughtful. "I wouldn't have even thought of that a few months ago. I'm glad he dumped Alanna. She never could be honest. Conner must be glad to have me." She smiled wickedly.
She was just extremely happy that things had finally worked out for her and for Conner. Awhile back, Conner had dumped Alanna, because she'd gone overboard with her drinking habits. The one that she had left behind, or so Conner had told her. He'd begged her for forgiveness. Around Valentine's day, Elizabeth had been getting secret admirer notes, claiming they loved her more than she would ever know.
It hadn't taken long for her to figure out who, as Conner had been caught leaving roses on her doorstep one night. Elizabeth had been hesitant to accept him back into her life, but she had eventually. Conner made her feel whole.
Elizabeth grabbed for Conner's hand, as he was talking to Evan and Andy. "Hey," she said.
Conner excused himself, and turned around. "Yeah?"
"Let's get outta here."
Conner smiled, wrapped an arm around her shoulders, and they walked from the auditorium, all smiles.

EACH DAY OR TWO, I'LL BE ADDING MORE PARTS TO THIS STORY. SO KEEP COMING BACK TO THIS PAGE TO READ THE REST, BECAUSE I'M MAKING THIS ONE BIG STORY. NOT REALLY SEPARATE CHAPTERS. THANKS!
