I don't own anything but the poem itself.
A crystalline tear
falls out of fear
a loner she has always been
an angel that has been hidden
she watches as her mentor falls
and when she hears the name that he calls
She wishes she had stopped it
but her memory is now erased
of the time she tried to free him
a younger version of her self now watches
but now her memories of that time more
they seem like some kind of lore
but in front of her he stands
She runs and embraces him
and once again the tears start to brim
As she wonders where and how he's been
he smiles at her even now
as the final blow to save the earth is about to be struck
She looks at him sadly
and remembers the day she tried to save him
and once again tears start to brim
they flow down her cheeks
and she knows what she must do
She must save the barrier between earth and heaven
she strikes the final blow and looks at him
remember how he taught her everything
they had always been together
now he reappears just for a split second
to tell her he realizes the errors of his ways
she says goodbye to him
and instead of embracing her he embraces the darkness
and as she watches him
tears once again start to brim
