A/N: Ok, so I just found out that it's Hungary's birthday. That sucks, because I don't have much time to work on this...
Well, I got this idea and rolled with it.
Same warnings apply as with all my work. Swearing, slash, and a bit of OOCness.
Disclaimer: I don't own Hetalia or its various nouns.
God, this was fucking hard to do. I had to do this in only half a fucking hour! But Goddamn, I love Hungary. So, I had to do it. I just fucking had to.
Without further adeu, here it is.
Boldog szülinapot, Elizaveta Hédervá!
Elizaveta stared at the pile of papers in her house.
"What the fuck...?"
She had just gotten home from Poland's house, where he and Lithuania were supposed to be screwing each other's brains out. Or at least making out or something. But no one was even there! The same with England and America. And Germany and Veneziano. And Spain and Romano. And so on and so on. She was completely yaoi-deprived all day, and then she comes home to this!
Just then, all the other Nations jumped out of the stack of letters.
"SURPRISE!" they all shouted in their own respective languages.
(It sounded a little something like this: OIH"E oiawet uhheg8o dfg"ÓjąüЯ;lh klh asl;jk犬aeit bjaow!~!# itpjw4;EWRGGJY5R r9u_--=+)
"What the fuck?" she asked again, but with more force this time.
America (unsurprisingly) was the first to speak up.
"We wanted to show you how appreciated you are for your birthday. So this is all fanmail!"
"Fanmail?"
America laughed. "Yeah! A bunch of people from every country got together and wrote about how awesome you are! Go on, read some! Start with this one! It's from a kid in Boston!"
Hungary took the letter, if only to shut him up.
She read it through and her eyes widened. A kid wrote this? From America?
There were more from America, but she had to read at least one from each country within the next few hours.
Well, some had to be read to her, because she couldn't speak a lot of these languages. Or read in them.
When the reading was over (the guests stayed an extra few hours so she could read all of her 'fanmail'), she looked up at all the countries with tears in her eyes.
"Thank you... so much," she said.
They all grinned and a massive, world-wide group hug was established.
One paper was sticking out of the bottom, just enough for the first sentence to be readable. And on the top of the pile sat a lone birthday card.
Hungary is, perhaps - no, absolutely - the greatest country on the face of this green Earth.
We all love you, Elizaveta. Happy birthday. Love, the rest of the world.
A/N: If you didn't know, in the last two lines, the first one is the paper sticking out of the bottom, and the second is the card. And the paper sticking out of the bottom was the one from the kid in Boston.
Hope you enjoyed this, and happy birthday, Hungary~!
