Rise and Fall of the Grove

We all know the story of the rise of Grove street, C.J came into town and started to win over Los Santos. But what happened when Ryder and Big Smoke betrayed Grove Street and Sweet was sent to jail? Well one thing that was never known was that Grove Street owned the big racing stadium behind it. When the Ballas took over Grove Street, the Grove gangsters fled into the stadium, some stayed and fought and others just left town. But the huge gang war started killing many of the population of Los Santos. Since Grove street needed a place to stay they pretended that the gang war was killing business for the stadium, which it actually brought more attention -- a safe place to stay while the outside was deadly -- to the stadium but they had no choice. They were waiting for C.J. to come back to lead them into war once more, but they did not know it would be such a long wait….
