AN: Day 2 of Sasusaku Month 2015, prompt: no filter.

Little Sarada cooed and gurgled as Sasuke played with her on the floor. She was just starting to crawl and loved to wiggle over to her papa. Her hands were firmly supporting herself against the hardwood.

"Mama is preparing dinner for Papa," he said to her. Sarada giggled at the mention of Mama, sitting back and clapping her hands. "Yes, that's right. Your Mama is a wonderful, strong woman."

Sakura smiled as she hummed in the kitchen, slicing up tomatoes. She loved how happy Sasuke was when he spent time with Sarada. It filled her heart with hope as Sasuke had fit into the father role quite well. He helped out when he could and always offered to take care of Sarada when Sakura needed a break.

"Ma...ma…" Sarada said, reaching a grubby hand towards Sakura.

"Okay, okay," Sasuke said, picking her up and heading towards the kitchen. "Let's watch Mama cook!"

Sakura was whisking eggs in a bowl with her chopsticks, readying the pan for scrambled eggs and tomatoes. Sasuke felt his mouth water as the scent of fresh eggs hitting the pan tickled his nose. Or Sarada was tickling his nose as he cradled her in his good arm.

"See?" Sasuke whispered. "Mama's cooking. Your Mama is a great cook."

Sarada smiled, her eyes filled with mirth. Sasuke smiled back, squeezing her against him. His daughter. He still couldn't believe it sometimes. She grew so quickly already, obviously demanding attention from her parents at her bidding. Sarada had mastered crying to get what she wanted as well. Sasuke just couldn't take it when she started to tear up and wail.

Sarada waved her arms, reaching for Sakura.

"Oi, Sarada, Mama's busy. Stay here with Papa." He bounced her a little, shifting his weight.

Sarada pouted, still reaching for Sakura, pulling at the apron's strap on her neck.

"Aiya, Sarada!" Sakura carefully pried Sarada's hand off of the strap. "You've got to be good and hang on to Papa."

Sasuke sat down at the table, Sarada in his lap. Sakura was behind him, mixing up the eggs and tomatoes and sliding it from the pan to a plate. As Sakura leaned over to place the plate on the table, Sarada grasped Sakura's butt.

"Sarada, I know you're hungry too, but that's Papa's," Sasuke said, smirking as Sakura flushed.

"Hey! You keep your lewd remarks away from our daughter's ears!"

"She doesn't know what it means anyway...right Sarada?" Sasuke asked. Sarada laughed out loud and clenched her fist around Sasuke's hair. She yanked on it and Sasuke cried out, while trying to pry her fingers loose.

"See?" Sakura giggled, poking Sasuke's cheek. "She does know when Papa's being bad."
