A/N: Just a small plot bunny that entered my head after reading Lord of The Flies. And for those of you who think a three-year-old can't say/think of things like this, my cousin did the exact same thing with me a few weeks ago and he is not even 3 yet. This is totally possible.
Disclaimer: All the characters are Queen Rowling's and the plot is mine (well my two and a half year old cousin's but I doubt he would mind).
A giggle followed by a gasp as they fell onto the sheets. Lucius kissed his way down his beautiful wife's body, stopping to give some extra attention to her breasts and pulling her nightgown slightly down.
"Mommy?"
A knock on the door sent Narcissa bolting upright and reaching for her robe while her husband groaned in frustration. "Cissa..."
But Narcissa only gave him an apologetic look before heading to the door. When she opened it her three-year old son stood wiping his eyes with one hand and holding a much-too-big-teddy in the other.
"What is it Love?" she sat on her haunches and opened her arms.
Draco threw his tiny arms around her neck and began sobbing, "T-there is a beasty in my room!"
"A beasty? Oh dear." She picked him up and went back into the room, sitting down on the bed. The sound of a shower turning on told and a gush of cool air coming from the bathroom seemed to have a calming effect on her little boy. She loosened his grip around her and looked him squarely in the eyes. "Tell me, what did the beasty look like?"
Draco gesticulated madly, "It had big horns and sharp teeth with a long, long tail. And it wanted to bite me." His little hands reached for his mother's cheek. He brought his head closer to her in a way his daddy did when he wanted to say something serious to his mommy. "I have to sleep here."
The whole picture made Lucius, now stood in the doorway with dripping hair and a pair of sweat pants, smile fondly. Her son's antics also forced Narcissa to suppress a small smile and she settled for a kiss on his nose.
"Sounds a lot to me like that dragon you forced me to buy you." Lucius joined his family on the bed. His one arm circling his wife's torso and the other one ruffling Draco's hair.
Draco pouted as he recalled the soft toy he had thrown tantrums for. Then he crawled over on Lucius' lap. "But I still have to sleep here daddy. To protect mommy from the beasties." He pointed a finger in Narcissa's direction with big eyes. "They don't like girls." He shook his head wildly.
Lucius chuckled, "Alright then. But I suppose you want something else too?" He raised an eyebrow, knowing his son too well.
Draco nodded solemnly, "Chocolate milkies make me very strong. When I drink them nobody can hurt mommy."
"Fine. You two get into bed while I fetch some milk for you. Would you like anything Darling?" she asked her husband. When he shook his head she headed down for the kitchen.
Draco watched his mother leave before cupping his hands and whispering into Lucius' ear, "It really was my dragon daddy. But I wanted milkies." He then gave a giggle.
By the time Narcissa returned, both her husband and son were tucked into bed. Lucius was busy telling Draco a story of him and Narcissa, playing as children. Draco held out his hands and eagerly drank his milk. Narcissa joined them and Draco snuggled closer to her.
They were almost asleep when Draco spoke with a yawn, "You can turn off the light mummy. Beasties don't scare me."
