You are fearless, elegant, strong lady in public. Yet, you are scared, broken, frail lady in your personal sanctuary. You put on the mask of emotionless, frightening, and no-nonsense. You keep saying that you don't do good and that there is no kindness in your heart.

Your Agents never fooled with it, and they just play along to appease you. Your staff smiled when you shouted at them in anger. Heck, even that janitor in the ARK believe that you secretly care for each of them.

Persephone still stared at the open letter with her eyes widened. Who wrote this? How did they– ? She shook her head to snap her from her frantic thoughts. Someone left a letter on her desk in her office, but it appears it's not from one of her Agents or her staff. Whoever wrote this must've been an outsider.
She was scared. The fact that the writer of this letter emphasized 'mortal' as if they're not a mortal, spoke something.
Persephone could have sworn that something or someone is watching her right now. And it's not from inside the ARK.
