The sun set making the sky to be fulled of amazing colors. The birds flew into the sky, behind the big white clouds happily. The Temple of Time was very quiet, no one was either visiting or walking by. Several minutes later, a horse stopped it's gallop in frond of the great gate. After all these years the Temple hadn't even changed a bit. The rider jumped off her horse and stared at the amazing structure. Zelda smiled. She pet her horse one more time and then she passed the gate. Just like the outside, the inside of the Temple hadn't changed. She could easily see the three metals soaring in the air: Forest, Fire, Water. She touched the long furniture that was holding them and the memories of Link came to her mind.

"It's so sad that Hyrule lost it's best warrior" she said and walked to next chamber. The Master Sword was there, quiet and still, like there was no life left in it. After Link's death it was obvious that nothing wouldn't stay the same. She ran to the metal base and touched the sword's blade. Strong, fearsome and dead at the same time. "So sad...".

As she tried to lift the ancient sword she heard a strange loud noise. A portal appeared behind her and a familiar face walked outside it. "Long time no see, princess" Ganondorf said "Why are you here alone? Did you really thought that the Master Sword could bring Link back to life?" he laughed evilly. Behind him some never before seen enemies appeared and garbed Zelda, slowly pushing her to the portal. "I am sure you will love my Kingdom, either way, there is no hero to save you". The darkness swallowed the King and the majestic foes followed him inside.

Was it time for a new hero to rise or was it the time for the light to be forever lost in the darkness?
