Spirit World Vacation
Day 1:
As soon as the near-blinding light settled, I looked around us. There were so many things to depict, yet my mind was running at 100mph so describing things that I saw weren't very easy. Korra and I still held each other's' hands, but one look at me and Korra could tell I was ready to run around and scream of joy. We started walking to a spot, Korra leading me, and sat down against a tree.
"This is absolutely brilliant," I gushed. "I can't describe how happy and free I feel, and it's even better since I'm here with my best friend, Avatar Korra."
At this, Korra blushed, and I got a sense of joy and a certain rush knowing I made the Avatar blush.
"Heh, thanks Asami. I've been here a couple times before, and to be honest, I have thought about taking you here sometimes… but I guess we've been a bit too busy for vacationing."
"Yeah… we have. But now it's just us, and a whole new world to explore!" I said excitedly.
Sensing my eagerness, Korra sat up, holding out her hand. I accepted her kind gesture and sat up as well. We both started walking to a place which I obviously couldn't recognise, but Korra did. She showed me around most of the places she knew, and also told me about some of the spirits here. And all the while, we were very comfortable and happy around each other, holding each other's hands affectionately.
Anyone could see that this was a well needed break and that the both of us were extremely content.
But I knew that the the real reason for my happiness was because I was holding my biggest crush's hand and we had a whole world to ourselves for as long as we wanted.
