Kristy sits in Claudia's director's chair, looking glum, apparently reading Sports Illustrated. Her hair's down for once and her eyes are red-but this has to do with last night's events. Usually, I assume this has to do with not being able to see Michel DuMoulin, her French-Canadian boyfriend. This has to do with the events of last night. But I know that more than likely, in front of the article on Sammy Sosa-or whatever baseball player is huge right now- is a handwritten(one of the few he sends) letter or a long, well- written e-mail she gets from Michel, or last night's AIM conversations with her stepmother, Zoey, and her father, Patrick. She grins, and murmurs, "Can't wait to see ya, M."

Claudia is sitting on the bed, reading the movie times for this evening with Alan. He's joking around with her, obviously not knowing that the note was meant for Jeremy Rudolph, not him. She points to some random picture, and mentions how much she loves watching Jennifer Gardner in Alias. He nods, and glances up at Kristy, with this expression that could only mean that he still has a crush on her. Claudia says something about being nervous about going to summer school, and Alan looks at her and exclaims, "You'll do fine!" She thanks him and picks up her pone, because, well, it's ringing. It's Mrs. Rowdowsky, and she softly lets tells her that the BSC has disbanded.

Mary Anne and Logan are actually getting along, talking about last night, which causes Kristy to sigh, and shoves a piece of paper into her bag, pulling out another one. Mary Anne notices the way Kristy was acting. She lets out a sympathetic "Aw," as Kristy laughs. Mary Anne shakes her head, still oblivious to the fact that Kristy is impatient to get out of the last BSC meeting in order to go home and prepare her self, her room, and her house for Michel. Abby shakes her head, trying to keep her mouth from opening and making some lame 'Kristy and her Lover-Boy' joke. She, like I, Jessi and Mal, know about Michel. And, well, if he remembers anything about the European trip, I hope it's not that odd moment during the party on the last night when Abby shrieked, pointing at Michel and Kristy kissing on the balcony, and everybody looked, Alan knows.

Mal and Jessi are discussing the latest addition to The Saddle Club series, every other moment blushing at each other. Jessi's leg accidentally-for once, Jessi's not her graceful self- will softly hit Mal's, and Mal, noticing, will blush. And, when Mal's glasses slip just the slightest bit off of her nose, Jessi makes this soft 'gmph' noise, slightly grinning. Dawn grins at this, shoots me this anxious look. She blushes, like Mal and Jessi, as I catch her pressing her lips together. She looks over at Kristy, and then back at me, knowing.

I look back at Kristy, who is tapping a pencil against her magazine, a piece of notebook paper on top of it. Abby grunts, and asks her who she is writing to. Kristy pauses, and says, "A friend from a vacation," as the door opens.

It's him. Kristy stands up, gives him a hug, and Michel returns it. He's grinning like the Cheshire cat from Alice in Wonderland, because he sees the jealous looks on mine, Alan, and oddly enough Logan and Mary Anne's faces.

Then I remember that Alan and I have crushes on Kristy, and that Mary Anne and Logan love Kristy like a sister, and that she hardly ever hugs them like that.

Sometimes I wish that I wasn't "the boy-crazy blonde" and that I was the "bossy tomboy" instead.
