Baby Knows Best
It was a dark and stormy night large flashes of lightning; lighting up in the room for a few moments. Seconds later a baby screaming in tandem with the next crash of thunder. This caused the baby's mother Alexis Cook to come running in;despite how tired she was because she missed her husband Jim who was on an archeological dig. So she had to take of her son and she could tell her son missed his father as well. Alexis didn't know how she knew she just simply knew. Alexis missed Jim as well and it wasn't because he was her husband.
Alexis than quickly gathers her son into her arms. As Alexis comforted her son Trevor Cook continued to cry his eyes out. Alexis yawned once again as she tried to put Trevor down once again for the night. But that only caused Trevor scream even more; much to Alexis's dismay not even turning on the Cyberdragon Dino Destiny Hero mobile. Hassleberry gave that to Alexis and Jim before Trevor was born. Normally turning on the mobile would put Trevor right to sleep; but not tonight though looking sleepily down at her fuzzy son. Alexis simply smiled and brought her son closer to her and said "Do you want to sleep with mommy until daddy comes home?" As if understanding his mother Trevor stopped crying and started to giggle. As Alexis carried her son back to hers and Jim's bedroom and cradled Trevor lovingly in her arms and moments later the pair fell asleep. Somehow some way Trevor could tell that mommy missed daddy; and that she needed comforting somehow Alexis guessed her baby knew best.
