"Ow Caroline you're yanking too hard" you yelled out. "I'm trying to fix your hair! Beauty is pain, suck it up. This is your big day. I'm trying to make you perfect!" She replied as she gave a harsh yank on your hair.

"Ow!" you yelled out again. "There done" she put the hair clips down and walked over to the white gown that you had spent weeks to find.

"Thank God. It felt like my hair was being sucked up by a vacuum." you complained.

"Where's Elena and Bonnie? I thought they were going to help?" You asked.

"They'll be here soon. Now the dress." you walked over behind the room divider to change, being my mindful of your hair and makeup that Caroline spent hours on.

"Hey we're here!" Bonnie yelled out as her and Elena walked into the room.

"Where have you been! I have been trying to make our bride perfect! Do you know how hard that was. She kept yelling at me. She-" Caroline and everyone stopped talking as soon as they saw you walk out. All eyes were glued on you and Caroline looked like she was about to tear up.

"You look amazing." Bonnie told you. You gave her a smile. Caroline's head snapped towards the door at inhuman speed. "someone's coming." She said.

The door opened and in Damon started to walk. You rushed over back behind the divider. Caroline threw the hairbrush at him. "Get out lurker!" She exclaimed

"Calm down blondie. I just wanted to see my beautiful bride." He smirked, daring to take a few steps further into the room.

"Damon you'll see her down the aisle." Elena told him. Caroline went to throw something else at him but Damon held up his hands in defense.

"Alright, alright I'm going." He said before he walked out the door. I walked back out rolling my eyes. "Okay just a few more touches and then were done." Caroline told me.

I groaned. "I thought you were done."

"Suck it up." she replied while Bonnie and Elena were laughing at me. Ten minutes later Caroline stepped back and looked at me.

"You look beautiful." Elena told me.

"You're perfect." Caroline smiled at me as she started to tear up again.

"Aww Carebear." we all joined in a group hug and then stepped back.

"No I'm ruining your day… and my makeup." she laughed

"Well it's time. Are you ready?" Bonnie looked at me. I took a deep breath and nodded my head.

The next few minutes went by in a blur and my nerves were skyrocketing. Thoughts were racing through my head a mile a minute and next thing I knew I was walking down the aisle.

I looked up and Damon is staring right at me with a dazed and loving look causing me to blush. My eyes never left his the whole time. I came to the end of the aisle and stood in front of him.

"Hey" he whispered. "Hi" I smiled at him.

"You look beautiful." he told me causing me to blush again.

"You don't look to bad yourself" I replied and he smirked. We remained quiet, just staring at each other until a loud voice broke our stare.

"...By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride."

Damon leaned over grabbed my face gently between his hands and kissed me in the most passionate kiss he has ever given me. When we broke apart he rested his head against mine and looked into my eyes. I was mesmerized by him and it seemed like we were in our own little world. He kissed me once more whispering "I love you" and we took our first steps together down the aisle. This is where we begin the new chapter of our lives. Together.
