Author's notes: Written for jesse aka Devotion, who requested a Natsu/Lucy drabble to tie in with the omake in episode 50 where Lucy assumes Natsu wants to ask her out on a date. This was way back in 201, by the way. I will write you better smex next time, jesse. Seriously *cough*

"Lucy, we need to talk"
Now, with a sentence like that coming from Loki of all people, needless to say, Lucy was intrigued. He led her to a quiet corner where Gray was already waiting while Erza sat a few feet away and resolutely looked like she was not listening.
"Oh my gosh. I know what this is about. You and Gray are dating each other and you wanted to tell me in private so I don't go ballistic if I find you kissing in my house. Give me a minute; I need to write this down. Stories on yaoi action are sure to sell and you two have plenty of fangirls. But, I don't want to see you getting it on in my house. Or on my bed. Or..."
Lucy continued talking, flailing her arms in the air. Erza scooted closer to listen to descriptions of smexy boy love. Loki despaired in a corner of gloom. Gray hit the table and insisted he liked girls, but his words went unheeded by the girls.
"Stop that and listen," Gray shouted, causing the whole guild to shut up and stare at him. They immediately looked away when he gave them a death glare worthy of Mirajane in demon form.
"Where are your clothes, Gray?" Erza scowled.
"Weren't we supposed to be talking about Lucy and Natsu? How did it turn into me and Loki having some sordid love affair?" Gray snarled.
"Oh, Spirit King. Why..?" Loki sobbed.
"Lucy, we just wanted to ask you something. Do you like Natsu?" Erza said in the tone one uses when dealing with temperamental children.
"Wh.. What?" Lucy said, leaning back and toppling of the bench.
"No woman dresses up like that for a man she doesn't like," Loki said, apparently losing his melodramatic streak.
Lucy looked down. "But I dress like this every day".
Loki pulled out a photo. "You wore an expensive looking little black dress when Natsu asked to meet you the other day".
"He wanted Virgo to help him look for treasure," Lucy fumed, turning red from anger and embarrassment. She even forgot to ask why Loki had a picture of her in his pocket.
"That's a lot of effort to put into a treasure hunting game," Erza said.
"She probably thought he was asking her out on a date," Gray scoffed. "As if".
Lucy wondered what the Master would say if she killed Gray. She contemplated knocking him out, tying a ribbon on his head and leaving him on Juvia's doorstep.
"I don't like Natsu," Lucy said.
"That's right. I'm much cuter," Loki nodded.
Erza and Gray looked skeptical.
"Don't go around shipping me with Natsu without my approval," Lucy shouted. Unfortunately she said it during a lull in conversation and everyone else who was in the guild heard her.
"I support you Lu-chan," Levy shouted, while Mira gave her a thumbs up sign.
"Cih, Natsu? Such bad taste, bunny girl," Gazille said. Wendy, who was sitting next to him giggled.
"If Lucy and Natsu becomes canon, then Juvia will have one less rival for Gray's love," Juvia said.
"Somebody kill me," Lucy said, hiding her face in her hands.
Beside her, Erza and Gray clinked their beer mugs together, while Loki pouted.
