Sarah Mackenzie-Rabb smiles at her new son. After trying for four years to conceive and three miscarriages, she and Harm finally have a baby. "You're so handsome," she whispers.
"How are you two doing?" Harm questions.
"Lucas and I are fine." Mac can't believe she's a mom now. It's so surreal. She adores him.
"I love you both so much," Harm tells them. He picks up Lucas and sits down with the newborn.
This is the baby they've wanted for so long. Harm and Mac will always take care of him.
They see life in a completely different way now.
