Hi I am Milly this is my second story and first SYOT! Ok, so before I say anything else, I've got a couple of rules (sorry):

2) No OP characters

3) Be (fairly) original, we don't want every character to be like Katniss, and bare in mind your district when creating the character please!

4) No duplicates, I don't want tributes that have been in other games, thanks.
