How had it come to this. The lilachaired kunoichi stared out the window of the cheap hotel she'd been staying
at for the past three days. The silver moonlight shone upon her, making her pale complexion look even paler.
She shrugged and looked away, staring at her bed where a small silver blade lay. She knew how it had come to
this. It all started the day she was born. From the beginning she was looked upon as a basterd child a child
of evil. Being treated like dirt by everyone had made her hate other human beings at a young age. All the while
her damn sister had been treated like she was an angel. A gift from God. Ayane hated her for it. Ayane hated
everyone. She looked away from the bed, back to looking out the window. A lousy way for a kunoichi to live.
A kunoichi should have to put theire sadness away to make place for pride, esspecially a strong and honorable
one like herself. But she couldnt take it anymore. Everything had been taken from her. Her childhood, her
happiness, her love, her pride, her beloved brother. Her brother. Hayate. What was once a small shimmer
of happiness in her miserable life was now nothing more then a painful memory. They had been torn apart
by Kasumi's betrayel. Ayana only wanted to help. No to kill. Kill Kasumi. But she failed. She failed time
and time again. She failed to kill Kasumi, failed to receive Hayate's love. It wasn't even worth it anymore.
She went to sit on the bed, picking up the kunai. Trembeling she held the blade above her small, pale wrist.
This wasnt a good way for a kunoichi to die. They should die in honor, not in a lousy attempt to escape the
pain. To escape it all. Before she could press the blade against her wrist, the door slammed open. In the
doorway stood none other then the only one she truly loved. Hayate. ''Ayane, what are you doing.'' She
smiled a small, sad smile. ''Ending it all Hayate.'' He went to sit before her, putting his hands on her shoulders.
''Ayane dont do it. Its not worth it.'' She looked up at him, her red eyes were full of tears but she did not
shed them. ''What difference does it make nisan. Im already dead on the inside.'' ''Please dont say that, youre
not.'' She could see a mix of confusion and concern in his eyes. It saddend her. ''I love you Hayate.'' She stood
up, he stood up as well. ''Hayate?'' ''Yes?'' ''Today is a good day.'' He raised an eyebrow, not understanding
what his little sister ment. In an instant, she slammed her hand in his neck causing him to faint. He slumped to
the floor, unconsious. She bend over and placed a kiss on his forehead.
''Today is a good day to die.''
Hayate awoke hours later. It was still dark outside but it began to turn light at the horizon. The first thing he saw was the dark contrast of a bloody mess on the bed. He knew what is was. A single tear trailed down his cheek as he made his way out of the hotelroom. Unnoticed by anyone he left. Not a day later he read a headline in the newspaper:
DEAD WOMAN IN MURASAKI HOTEL.
A young woman was found dead in her room in the Murasaki hotel in Hiroshima.
She was found at 11.30 pm in room 351. Authorities claim that the woman has
