"Hey Shiro… I'm bored." Kaz Gordon whined, lying on his stomach on the red plush couches of the lobby he and his boyfriend, Shiro Sutherland, were in. He was looking up at the blonde with a bored expression as Shiro ignored him, reading a book.
"What do you want me to do about it?" Shiro questioned calmly and Kaz groaned, a little annoyed with his boyfriend.
"Well, instead of having your nose in a book, we can try to find something to do." He muttered.
"Like?" Shiro sighed, not putting down the book, annoying Kaz further.
"Oh, I don't know…" Kaz rolled his eyes, "take a walk, race, talk… play a game. Anything?" He huffed out and Shiro finally glanced at him, causing Kaz to perk up, hoping for once Shiro would pay attention to him instead of reading that stupid book.
"We're talking right now." And that hope immediately deflated when Shiro turned back to his book and Kaz growled in annoyance and jealousy.
"That's not what I meant, Shiro!" Kaz snapped, sitting up and he glared at the book, instead of the blonde. "What's so interesting about that stupid book that has you paying more attention to it than me, huh?" He peered at the cover and found only a red haired boy that actually looked really cute, but Kaz didn't pay any attention to him and instead focused on the foreign words on the cover. Stupid Shiro… reading something I can't… he huffed internally.
"Hn," Shiro grunted in answer, not really answering Kaz's question and the smaller teen muttered to his self before getting the bright idea to snatch the book from his boyfriend's hands, surprising the other. "Kaz!" Shiro shouted, his eyes narrowed. "Give that back!"
"Hah! No way, Shiro~" Kaz stuck his tongue out before looking at the book in his hands, eyes going wide immediately and a blush spreading across his face when he saw the page that Shiro had been on. "W-what…?" His frozen stance allowed Shiro to take back his book, a little more than peeved, but his annoyance simmered down when he saw Kaz's face and he smirked.
"Like what you saw, huh Kaz?" He teased, waving the book in his hands around, the page he was on still open for anyone to see and Kaz's blush deepened.
"W-what the heck are you reading, Shiro!?" Kaz questioned, flustered and he looked away from the book as Shiro grinned in triumph.
"If you must know, it's called Yaoi, and I happen to enjoy reading this." He said and Kaz half-heartedly glared at the other.
"W-whatever…" he said and Shiro smirked again, chuckling before he leaned forward, the book on his lap.
"Kaz," he said softly, and the other turned his head, looking at Shiro. Hazel eyes widened slightly when lips met his and then they closed, enjoying the small kiss before Shiro pulled away. "Would you like to read it with me?" Kaz blinked his eyes open and he stared into captivating magenta eyes, and he found himself nodding. Shiro once again smirked in triumph before pulling his boyfriend into his lap and Kaz huffed slightly in embarrassment, though he made himself comfy before he hesitantly looked down at the book again, blushing once more when he saw the picture on the page.
He'd completely forgotten by then that he couldn't understand a single word that was written in the book; but that was fine, since he could read pictures perfectly well.
Once more, reviews are loved~!
