Aiai rubbed his eyes as he got out of bed with a yawn.
" Did...did I overslept?", he thought to himself. Looking at his watch it read: 7:25 pm
He then picks up a note that was on the ground It read
" Dear Aiai,
I'm really flattered by how you saved everyone. I know that the Moon Light Festival is coming up and I'd be delighted if you'd come over and celebrate with us, Gongon will be picking us up at 8:30 pm so don't be late, You remember what happend last time! Come over to my house a 7:45 pm, I have something to give you. I hope to see you there!", He then read his watch again:
"7:35?! Yikes! Only 10 minutes left! I gotta hurry!" he quickly slipped on a pair of orange flip-flops, grabbed a banana from the fruit bowl, and ran as fast as he could to Meemee's hut.
" Oh good, you're here" , the brunette smiled pulling in the panting hero.
" I...i...was...in... a hurry...because..." He spoke, breathlessly, panting in between.
" Overslept, again?", she asked shaking her head. She slightly gave out a sigh, as Aiai sat on the floor." Stay right there, okay", She requested.
"All right.", Aiai replied feeling a bit better.
She ran upstairs, and not a moment too soon, she returned wearing a traditional Pink and white kimino, with white sandals to match. She held an traditional orange and white Kimino, about Aiai's size.
"Here, put this on.", She told him.
"Okay", he answered, slipping the Kimino on.
" Perfect fit!" he smiled.
Beep! beep!
" That must be Gongon!" both said at the same time, then looking at each other surprised.
" Anyway, Let's go!" , Aiai ran out the door.
Meemee followed" Hey Gongon! Long time no see!", Aiai said.
"Oh hush up, will ya,", Gongon spoke as his face was glowing a bright red.
" This ain't Sonic Adventure, Aiai!" He continued. Meemee sat beside Aiai as he spoke,
" Guess I've spent too much time with Sonic.", Aiai laughed the joke off. Meemee giggled.
" Oh, hey guys!", a familiar voice from the back of the car. It was Jam. Yanyan, and a short haired brunette sporting an Orange and Yellow kimino were sitting next to him.
" Who's the new girl?", Gongon asked
" Who me?", Yanyan questioningly replied.
" No, not you," He abruptly answered.
"Oh! You mean Helena?", Jam budded in.
" That gave me an answer..." Gongon sighed.
Aiai chuckled. Gongon gives him a " If you laugh I'll end you" look. Aiai giggles come to complete halt.
" Um, please continue...", he sheepishly spoke as his ears perked down.
"Um...Okay", The short haired girl continued.
