- Start of Chapter oNE -
Katie ran through the specials hallway, panting. As she ran, her left heel slipped which resulted in her falling down to the floor with a "THuMp!". She felt a sharp pain in her left ankle as it must have landed wrong. She touched it, hoping that there wouldnt be any serious swelling. She then did the unthinkable. She slowly unzipped the front of her heel and slid it off. She did the same for her other heel. "Clink, clink, clink...", the sound of heels hitting the tile floors of the school were getting closer. Katie immediately reremembered what she had been running from. "Clink, clink, cli-". The sound came to an abrupt stop. Katie was dazed in confusion for a second before remembering that this was her chance to escape. She scurried on the floor pulling herself up from the ground. A sharp pain was inflicted on her left ankle. "Thats nice...", Katie said sarcasticly. She got closer to the wall, supporting herself and limped closer to Mrs. Sticky's room. She soon realised that its much scarier being at school after school hours where no one is usually there. Of course it was the day where no teachers stayed later at school, i mean shes sorta being hunted over here lol. She then heard a quicker "clink, clink, clink" coming in her direction. Katie's heart beat quickened, but the sound didnt stop like last time. Instead it got closer until it was about to turn the corner. Katie immediately got ready to throw her heels. Then a person turned the corner. It was a dirty blonde girl with glasses and a custom pastel school uniform. She was carrying her phone and looked like she was texting somebody. "N-Naomi?.." Katie said in surprise. Naomi looked up, then smiled. "Heey, its Katie-kat! Whachu doin' here?" Naomi said while putting her phone in her skirt's pocket. "Oh.. um I missed the bus.." Katie said quitely, sorta in a whisper. "Really, me too! I actually sorta did it on purpose though. I wanted to investigate the school..and write fanfiction.." She said loudly and Katie looked at her like she had two heads. "Well, um whac-"...blood dripped out of Naomi's mouth as the area of her stomach was soaked with red. A silver blade slightly stuck out of the front of Naomi's stomach. Katie screamed in horror as Naomi's body fell to the floor with a light "THuMp!". A person stood in front of Katie. Elani.
