It had taken him a while but after many trials and errors the Master had finally escaped the time lock with a TARDIS he had stolen and was out to look for the Doctor. He used the tracking device that he had implanted into the Doctor's TARDIS without him knowing and found out the Doctor's exact current location and put in the coordinates into the TARDIS and had set off to where the Doctor was.

Meanwhile, somewhere in the galaxy.

"Doctor, are you going to be okay?" Amy asked him worriedly as he stumbled around the controls pressing buttons.

They had just saved earth from a dalek invasion and when they thought everything was okay, and they were about to enter the TARDIS, a surviving dalek had appeared and the Doctor had used his sonic screwdriver to destroy the dalek but not before the dalek shot the Doctor.

"Don't worry Pond. I'll be alright!" He assured her. "See timelords and timeladies have this way of cheating death, every time we're close to death we go through this process called regeneration were we become a whole new person but we still have the same memories."

He was starting to feel the regeneration was starting soon. He looked down at his hands which were starting to glow.

The thought of the Doctor becoming a whole new person scared Amy. She didn't want her beloved raggedy Doctor to become someone else. Even if at times he was annoying he was her raggedy Doctor, and she wanted it to stay that way.

"Doctor, please…Don't go." Amy said with sadness coloring her voice.

"Don't worry, Pond. I'm not going anywhere." He assured her giving her a small but warm smile.

The glowing got stronger.

"Now I advise you two to step back. My regeneration is starting."

Rory grabbed Amy's wrist and gently pulled her back with him and watched as the Doctor was suddenly engulfed in a golden light. And as suddenly as the light had appeared it had vanished, leaving nothing but a stranger in the all too familiar clothes of the Doctor.

The Doctor checked to see if he wasn't missing any body parts and after finding he wasn't missing anything he turned around to face the couple.

"So….How do I look?" He asked smiling, but the couple only gave a shocked and strange look.

"What? What's wrong?" The Doctor asked as his smile faltered.

"…Doctor….I think you should see for yourself…." Amy said as she dragged the Doctor to the nearest full length mirror in sight.

The Doctor looked at Amy hesitantly than looked into the mirror. He gapped at his reflection.

"This…..This is me?" The Doctor asked to which Amy meekly nodded. "Oh. My. God…."

The Master had finally arrived at the destination which the Doctor should be. He looked into the monitor to see his exact location.

"We're on earth….No surprise there." The Master said and got out of his TARDIS.

He looked around and to see where the Doctor's TARDIS could be and had easily spotted it. He walked up to the TARDIS doors and opened it.

He walked inside and saw a red head girl looking worriedly at another person beside her and a boy who was looking at the person with the red head with shock.

The person with the red head girl turned around at the noise of the door to face The Master.

"Master?" The person said incredulously.

"Doctor?" The Master asked surprised.

He was definitely not expecting this.
