Lucifer was not just an angel. He was above other angels in Heaven...an archangel. Beautiful, he radiated light and glory.
Having chosen not to live in heavenly expectations, his wings had been ripped out, banished from Paradise and driven into Hell. Lucifer studies people, then attacks them at their weakest moments.
Dissatisfied with his current living conditions in eternity, he left the Underworld of infernal realm. Lucifer took up residency on Earth.
Fighting evil in his new life, he at times questions the goodness in his soul...which he thought had disappeared when he descended into Hell. It had come back slowly, creeping in, to help others in need. He hadn't known he had a heart, until he felt it breaking.
In his new world, the good in him is overtaking the bad...at times. Lucifer Morningstar still lives in a hell of his own.
