I recently re-watched Darker than BLACK and remembered how much I shipped these idiots.

Her programming is minimal, concise. Her decisions are all logic based, her actions dependent on commands. She hasn't been a person is years. All she is now, is but zeros and ones, and emotions are not a part of her code.
But when he kisses her, she feels something. Something new, something strange. Something exquisite. It's a spark, a flaw, a glitch in her system. It's out of control.
His lips are soft, his hands are warm. He trails fire up her spine, leaves a flutter in her stomach, and an ache in her heart. She hasn't felt in forever, so she doesn't know what she's feeling now. Perhaps it's nothing. Just a passing malfunction. A moment's anomaly. Perhaps it's a virus she picked up in her last recalibration. Or a short circuit in her system servers.
Or perhaps, it's love.
I also only just read the manga and oh my stars it's so shippy; how is it even real?
