Tobi sat in the clearing in the woods outside of the rain village. Today he had a meeting with Hinoko.
They had run into each other when Hinoko had exiled her self from Konoha. She was tired of the way the villagers treated her and her sister, so when her sister graduated from the village academy. She got permission and Hinoko, her sister and there friend left the village under the illusion that it was a training mission. There friend, Anko, would go back to the village to keep tabs on what was going on.
After the chunin exam disaster they were called back to work again. Hinoko was mostly sent looking for the sound village. On one of these long tedious missions she ran into Tobi in this very clearing that he was sitting in. They began to talk and hung out a couple times till, Tobi got the nerve to ask her out. And thus was the beginning of there long awkward relationship, the leader of the Akatsuki and a jonin demon ninja from Konoha.
Tobi looked around when he head a stick fall. He continued to look till he was knocked over by a large black wolf. It had piercing blood red eyes, and a white stripe on its snout and scar under its eye. The ears were long and curved at the tops.
The large paws on his shoulders slowly elongated into five fingers. The snout receded into a human face. Soon a woman, of twenty one, with shaggy black hair that covered her right eye appeared. She had a feral smile with long fangs that stuck out. Under her visible eye was a scar most likely from a sharp edge of some sort. She took off the two swords she was carrying, and she reached for a bag she had carried with her, and pulled out a red sweat shirt with black panels under the arms out. She covered the fishnet under shirt she was wearing. After she was dressed she turned to Tobi, "so how are you"
"Good, but do you have to jump on me every time we meet"
"Yep, now can we get a move on…? I'm famished," Hinoko said as she pulled her other shoe on. Tobi went to help her up. When she got back up and picked up her weapons they left down the path. They traveled to a small village and into the nearest restaurant.
After they ordered there drinks, Hinoko was looking blankly at the menu like she was in deep thought. After a few minutes he asked her what she was thinking about, "Huh, oh, I was thinking 'bout Tanka and change and those kind of things. Nothing important"
"Why,"
"'Cause I went to see Tanka while I was in Konoha she is almost as tall as me now and…," she trailed off
"And what"
"Nothing we can talk 'bout it later, kay"
"um, okay I guess… so what you getting to eat"
"Stupid question, the biggest steak on the menu, rare, duh."
