The Bulborbs and other creatures had been increasing in numbers. Dozens of raids on pikmin villages had occurred in the three months that had preceded the declaration of war. The pikmins' towns were in ruin and only a few places stood against the enemy onslaught. Those who were still standing against the first attack were soon isolated and destroyed. There seemed to be little chance for the pikmin. This is the story of the last of the pikmin armies.
